Extend module to obfuscate menus/blocks

Problem/Motivation

The Link Obfuscation module currently provides obfuscation for facets. We want to extend the logic to obfuscate links within menus, blocks, language switcher.
Enhancing the module to cover these additional areas would improve security and make link obfuscation more comprehensive across the site.

Proposed resolution

Extend the module’s capabilities to obfuscate links within menus, blocks, and other areas.
