Paragraphs type Icon UUID cache is not invalidated properly on changes

Problem/Motivation

We hit an edge case in our tests when a paragraph type icon was temporary, deleted and then replaced with another one, then the cache still had the old file id, and did eventually run into a database exception when trying to create a replacement multiple times.
