Progress element undefined in ajax

Problem/Motivation

Using layout builder, when i want to edit a section, throbber is displayed but no form show up.

In console, and error is displayed :

Uncaught TypeError: this.progress.element.parentElement is undefined
/themes/contrib/ui_suite_bootstrap/assets/js/misc/ajax.js?ss6vhd:114

Proposed resolution

Check this.progress.element is not undefined.
