Add actions to delete from key-value stores

Problem/Motivation

There are action plugins to read and write the following key-value stores:

  • KeyValueStore
  • KeyValueExpirableStore
  • PrivateTempStore
  • SharedTempStore

What's missing is to also delete values from those 4 stores.

Proposed resolution

Add new plugins to delete values from key-value stores.
