Ability to disable the throbber

Problem/Motivation

Hello. The module screenshots have the "No widget" settings, but I don't have that in my settings. I tried to make an empty widget according to the documentation, but it didn't work. I use flags for the like and rating buttons. Next to the flags is a button that opens a modal window with users who have rated the button, which is updated when the flag is set. When users rate the page, a large throbber spins. Tell me how to remove the throbber when the view is updated.

Is it possible to add the ability to optionally disable the throbber?
