ECA endpoint: Ajax commands with content can cause render exception

Problem/Motivation

For ajax commands that use content to insert, replace, or otherwise, there is an issue if that content is provided as a token as it currently is provided as a non-renderable array. This throws a hidden exception, and it appears as if no action is taken.

Proposed resolution

If the token response is a DTO, grab the string representation and render that.
