Split out handling for PaymentIntent and SetupIntent

As we continue to get closer to support SetupIntents for certain situations, including ✨ Display payment method to collect credit card on Free Trial. Active and ✨ Allow customers to create, update, or delete payment methods via the Payment Element Active , we need to split out some functionality.

This small refactor also allows us to re-use code between the onReturn and onNotify (webhook) handling.
