Can't apply a filter in the Files Listing tab

Problem/Motivation

I’m working on a site that is currently on drupal 10.3.9, and I’ve had an issue with the "Files listing" tab (“View” widget plugin) of the File Entity Browser in every new drupal version since 10.4.0. When I open the modal and apply a filter with the exposed form after upgrading past 10.3.9, rather than showing the filtered results, the modal resets to the "Upload files" tab.

Interestingly, when I open the View associated with the module (files_entity_browser) and apply a filter in the preview, the filter works perfectly.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Drupal version: 10.3.9 (issue arises when upgrading to 10.4.0+)
Entity Browser: 8.x-1.6
Entity Embed: 8.x-1.7
Dropzonejs: 8.x-2.11

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to drupal/core 10.4.0 or later
2. Create/edit a node with an image field + entity browser
3. Open the entity browser in the image field
4. Select the "Files listing" tab
5. Apply a filter (ex. a filename)

After attempting to apply the filter, the modal resets to the "Upload files" tab.
