add Reference method - Views: Filter by an entity reference view

Problem/Motivation

Almost all 'Type of item to reference' can choose reference method between 'Default' and 'Views: Filter by an entity reference view', while address module cannot do it.
One scenario is that I would like to add a product address field and limit the choices to its store addresses (one store has multiple addresses).
