Update ECA models for version 2.1.4

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Add Simple XML Sitemap defaults for content types, menu and vocabulary Active we've added a new feature which required an update of ECA to version 2.1.4. This version of ECA changed the config for the existing event "Config save" and it comes with an update hook for existing Drupal CMS sites. But new installations will use the new ECA version with older ECA models. The update hook will not work in those cases.

Proposed resolution

Update the config of the affected models and raise the minimum ECA version to 2.1.4 in Drupal CMS 1.0.x only - it's already contained in 1.x
