Remove uuid and config hash from each file in exports

Problem/Motivation

When exporting as an archive, the config entities may contain uuid and config hashes that are specific to the exporting site. This results in error messages on other sites when trying to import that archive as it would require to delete the existing config entity (if any exists) to then re-create with the one included in the archive.

This is especially problematic, if the archive contains a node type, as deleting and recreating that would only be possible if the site has no nodes in the database yet.
