Remove support for picture tag

Problem/Motivation

Currently webp is supported in many browsers: https://caniuse.com/?search=webp

Regarding this approach, picture tag adds unnecesary markup in HTML

Proposed resolution

Create a patch to modify this functionality or create new process without picture support.
