Add keyword 'workflow' to permissions for /admin/people/permissions

Problem/Motivation

On the page /admin/people/permissions, you can filter on a keyword. Unfortunately, this does not filter on the module name.

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/people/permissions
Filter on 'workflow'
See that not all permissions are displayed.

Proposed resolution

Add the keyword 'workflow' to each permission description.
