Error when API is unresponsive

Problem/Motivation

When the Niubiz API it's not responding, there is a withe page error in Drupal

Steps to reproduce

Clicking the button to start the purchase. (when the API is unresponsive) this happened whit the sandbox API

Proposed resolution

Add a error message instead when the API it's not responding

Modify the /commerce_niubiz/src/Service/CommerceNiubizService.php file
