Add option to choose pre-defined section classes

Problem/Motivation

When you configure a section, we’d like to get an option for css helper classes to assign to that section. For example, in our theme we have the following helper classes

section-title-centered
section-button-centered

So instead of manually entering this as text, we’d like a dropdown option. We should be able to select more than one of these helper classes. We need to have a backend for identifying this helper classes.
