Cleanup key value entries on uninstall

The registration_scheduled_action submodule uses the key value store. The entries are not removed after the module is uninstalled.

Schedule an action and run it so it produces key value entries. Uninstall the module. Check the key value store and the entries are still there.

Add an uninstall hook to remove the entries.
