2.0.0@rc1 renames the GroupRelationType without an update path and breaks the site

Problem/Motivation

Hi!
The recent release of RC1 of 2.0.0 (and most likely also for 3.0.0) has the GroupRelationType changed in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ggroup/-/commit/bbdf6a48b0703691a0e3d... but there is no upgrade path or nothing that deals with sites that have any relationship created before that update and the id is still the old one (subgroup vs ggroup), neither a mention in any release note
that causes the following error:

Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "subgroup:<group_type>" plugin does not exist. Valid plugin IDs for Drupal\group\Plugin\Group\Relation\GroupRelationTypeManager are: group_node:<node_a>, group_node:<node_b>, group_node:<node_c>, group_node:<node_d>, group_node:<node_e>, group_node:<node_f>, group_node:page, group_node:webform, group_membership in Drupal\Core\Plugin\DefaultPluginManager->doGetDefinition() (line 53 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/Plugin/Discovery/DiscoveryTrait.php).
