Converst OfficeHoursFormatterTrait -> OfficeHoursItemListFormatter

Problem/Motivation

It is annoying to work with src/OfficeHoursFormatterTrait.php .
Let us convert src/OfficeHoursFormatterTrait.php -> src/OfficeHoursItemListFormatter.php, so that e.g., '$this' is logically to work with.
