The theme is based on the Stark theme, which loads jQuery by default. However, we want to prevent jQuery from being loaded in our custom theme.

To achieve this, change the base theme to false in the theme's .info.yml file. This will prevent the custom theme from inheriting Stark's settings, including the automatic loading of jQuery
