Well, I don't have the resources to build working examples for free and on demand. The http services you linked in your IS don't have anything to do with this. They are action plugins to call remote https endpoints.
But if you implement an ECA endpoint, e.g.
https://www.example.com/eca/mytest/activity
with the ECA Endpoint response event and its ECA Endpoint access access control, you can then following the response event use ajax action plugins to respond to that request, which will then perform those responses in the browser who called that endpoint. - 🇩🇪Germany jurgenhaas Gottmadingen
