Not working with Bootstrap

Conditions:

Reproduce:

  • Fresh Drupal install
  • Install Responsive Menus module and select Mean Menus, give it the #ID of the menu block, etc.
  • Set up your custom menu, put the block e.g. in Header region
  • Clear caches

What happens:

  • Clicking burger menu nothing happens, it does not expand while logged in
  • Clicking burger menu does expand as designed while logged out

Why it does not expand while logged in as admin? Is there some kind of conflict with Bootstrap, JavaScript related, etc.?
