Update filters in any view display, not just default

Problem/Motivation

Currently _views_core_entity_reference_update_as_a_reference only updates filters in the default view display. It should update existing filters in any view display.

Steps to reproduce

Have a view display with an entity reference filter that is not part of the default view display.
Install the module.
Be disappointed that the module did not take care of the filter.

Proposed resolution

Iterate over all view displays.
