Support logging in with email instead of username via Mail Login module

Problem/Motivation

This module is incompatible with people signing in using their email via the mail_login module

Steps to reproduce

• Install mail_login and configure it to allow people to log in with their email instead of user name
• Have Minorange TFA enabled and configured to require some kind of TFA choice
• It will allow the user to log in, but will fail to prompt them to set up TFA.

Proposed resolution

Update Miniorange TFA to support loading a user by email in some cases.
