Allow to add more theme settings by interface

Problem/Motivation

To add new theme settings you have to implement a hook. It could be interesting to allow the creation of new settings using UI. Not sure if this can be shipped with the theme or it should be a separate module.

    I'm not sure if this is something really needed, but it was suggested from some feedback on the theme. I think is worth to write it here.
