Integrate @font-your-face module

Problem/Motivation

There are some theme configuration widgets to select fonts. I would be great it Artisan can offer the fonts from the module @font-your-face module →

Steps to reproduce

Install @font-your-face module, enable some fonts, go to Artisan theme settings: the enabled fonts are not available to be selected in the font widgets.

Proposed resolution

Find a way to detect which fonts are enabled by @font-your-face module and add them to the options in the widgets.
