Cleanup .theme file

Problem/Motivation

As a front-ender we would like a cleaned-up .theme file, so it's easier to find back hooks.

Proposed resolution

I suggest separating based on (in alphabetical order):

• hook_theme_suggestions_HOOK_alter
• preprocesses
• Make sure there are no PHPCS or PHPStan errors/warnings
