As per the core change record:
Field configuration forms restructured: Field Storage Configuration Form is now a subform within Field Configuration Edit Form →
This module uses the now-deprecated hook hook_form_field_storage_config_edit_form_alter(), so we have to make the changes described in the change record.
This has apparently been broken in this module since the end of 2023, and no-one seems to have noticed because we don't have any tests for this module's hooks.
