Offering to maintain soft translations

Problem/Motivation

The module seems abandoned , not even the Drupal 10 patches have been committed not to mention Drupal 11. Gitlab CI testing is not set up.

Smartsheet started using this module , Katherine Senzee already submitted a few patches and I am currently working on the first item on the project roadmap, namely Create a "manual selection" operation mode.

Welcome aboard! I just granted @ghost of drupal past co-maintainership status on the project.
Technically, the project isn't "fully abandoned", but it's true that I have rolled off of the project that was using it, and neglected keeping an eye on the issue queue.
