Drop constructor documentation and use property promotion where possible

Problem/Motivation

Ideally we want the following things:

  1. No constructor docs unless needed
  2. Property promotion where possible
  3. Nullable types rather than NULL defaults

Let's see how much we can convert without blowing up the module. This will need a CR in case a base class has changed. We'll see.
