Deprecate HostEntity:addCacheableDependencies

Problem/Motivation

The method is no longer needed and has an undesirable side effect of always adding cache contexts for user permission or session, even when such contexts are not appropriate.

Proposed resolution

Deprecate the method and change all callers (including submodules) to use standard methods.
