Upgrade drush 13 in a drupal project using this module
Try to upgrade drush to version 13
Bump illuminate/support version to >=10 in the depended
szeidler/revive-xmlrpc library, then bump that dependency
This is a required step for drupal 11 compatibility, since drupal 11 require drush >= 13
