Release project namespace and give maintenance / owner permissions

Hi,

We have a module we would like to bring to market which would work really well with this namespace "oi". We've noticed that the code for this module is no longer supported and further development has been closed. We would shift it into a new namespace "org-info" or something like that for you, for posterity and give you the proper credit. But we could really use this namespace.

You do not need to do anything other than give me the permission bit and I'll take care of moving everything over properly.
