replace custom functions with twig-drupal-filters

Motivation

Currently storybook uses custom twig filters (rocketship_theme_starter/components/_twig-components/filters).
Someone once told me that 'custom code is dead code'.
We should take a look into changing them to a public package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/twig-drupal-filters.

Proposed resolution

replace custom code with https://www.npmjs.com/package/twig-drupal-filters.
