Blocked element placeholder not always shown

Problem/Motivation

This module replaces blocked elements with a message shown to the visitor. It only checks blocked marketing elements: $('[data-cookieconsent="marketing"][data-cookieblock-src]').

Some scripts may have multiple cookie categories, for example: data-cookieconsent="statistics,marketing".

Proposed resolution

Use $('[data-cookieconsent*="marketing"][data-cookieblock-src]').

Static patch files in attachment.
I've also added a patch that applies on top of 🐛 Blocked iframes now use "data-cookieblock-src" instead of "data-src" attribute Needs review .
