Provide Leaflet Widget with the option (and the capability) to Place a Marker on the Map, on Geocode

Problem/Motivation and Implementation

Leaflet Widget at the moment supports a Geocode Control (throughout Geocoder Module integration)
but is not able to automatically Place a Marker when the user selects an address.
The only possible option is to generate and open a Leaflet Popup on the Address Geocodedd location.

This tasks provides the Leaflet Widget with the option (and the capability) to Place a Marker on the Map, on Geocode.
If others Markers or Geometries are already placed on the Map, a new Marker is going to be added to those. on the Map. This is an alternative option to the existing Leaflet Popup option (that won’t be applied in this case).
Rather a Leaflet Tooltip is going to be added (tmp) along the new Marker placed on the Map.
