Don't reset zoom when applying exposed filters

Problem/Motivation

Hello,
I am using Geofield Map in a view with several exposed filters. User can use the filters to reduce the number of pins on the map accordingly.
However, if the user zooms in and then uses filters, the map zooms out to cover all the pins present in a filtered array; while I'd prefer for the zoom to stay the way it was before user applied a filter.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Geofield Map view and several pins.
2. Add exposed filters.
3. Zoom in on one of the pins.
4. Apply exposed filter.
5. The map is now zoomed out to cover all the pins, instead of remaining in a pre-filtered state.

I should probably add I have "Force zoom" option off; perhaps it could help, but as I understand, it only accepts fixed values, while what I need is for it to retain the value wherever filter is applied.
