Improve testing of the module

Problem/Motivation

We have some basic Behat tests in place, but it looks like they have residue of the project they were pulled from, and need some cleanup and improvement to demonstrate the functionality of this module completely.

Remaining tasks

• Ensure localdev setup for the module is functional
• Review existing tests, note and extend to cover missing functionality
• Implement DrupalCI setup, so these tests run automatically
• Extend to use linting setup, similar to what we've done in Workflow ECA →
