Add option to preserve exposed filter ordering when constructing pretty URL

Problem/Motivation

To create better continuity between filter UX and created path, I would like the option to use the existing exposed filters ordering (from the configured view) when constructing the pretty URL (instead of going alphabetical, which I believe is the current behavior). Currently I'm winding up with my most important/root filter at the end of views pretty paths URLs, which is not ideal.

Proposed resolution

Capture this ordering preference in the module config screen, probably per view. Perhaps a select or radios element offering the choice between alphabetical (default) and view filter order.
