Fix PHP coding standards

Problem/Motivation

Several issues were found by PHPCS (Drupal Standards) that need to be fixed.

Steps to reproduce

Run PHPCS on the module using Drupal Standards.

phpcs --standard=Drupal <path-to-module>

Proposed resolution

Fix coding standard issues.
