Malformed Mediaflow Entity after adding Mediaflow item

Problem/Motivation

There is a problem with displaying the Mediaflow media entity on Media entity edit page.

Instead of media entity there is a text Malformed Mediaflow Entity along with status message saying

Error message
Oops, something went wrong. Check your browser's developer console for more details.

The console reports the ajax error including the message

Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /var/www/html/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Database/Query/Condition.php on line 114

Steps to reproduce

Create media entity using Mediaflow form and go to media edit page.
