Support for Major Release of GIN Admin Theme Module 4.x

The customer is unable to upgrade to the GIN Admin 4.x version due to the module not allowing the upgrade.

This issue needs to be resolved to ensure compatibility with the new major release and enable a smooth transition to version 4.x.
