Change message field to textarea in Send email action

Looks like the Send Email action Message field is back to a text field (limited characters) and not a text area. Was addressed in Rules 8 - https://www.drupal.org/project/rules/issues/2724129#comment-12047615 → - text field is too short to do much or any useful email.

I wish I could. The extent of my PHP skills allows me to carefully apply a patch, but I don't know what the coding means :/
