Unable to save changes when adding Text content

Problem/Motivation

When adding a Text block, I am not able to click on the button Save changes. The text block is added and I can make changes directly on the web page. If i click on the triple dot menu and select Settings, I'm still not able to Save changes.

The error i see in the Recent log messages is:
Type page not found
