The Mercury Editor Context Service does not dependably detect if the current response is in the Mercury Editor preview context

MercuryEditorContextService::isPreview() does not dependably return a correct result. For an example, see 🐛 New paragraphs don't show in newly added accordion sections Active .

Consider adding a query or POST parameter for the current mercury editor entity ID with all AJAX requests which can be read by MercuryEditorContextService::isPreview() to determine if the current request is in the Mercury Editor preview context.
