Allow a default unpublished status to be set so a user doesn't have to set every entity

Problem/Motivation

The link remover form can process a lot of entities. Setting the unpublished state on every entity is fragile and tricky.

Proposed resolution

Add a checkbox to the first page of the link remover form to indicate if the user wants to unpublish entities. THen on the second page use this to default the status select list.

If the site uses content moderation store a default unpublished content moderation state.
