with php8.2 or higher we have:

and
Deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Drupal\decoupled_auth\Plugin\views\filter\Decoupled::$value_value is deprecated in Drupal\decoupled_auth\Plugin\views\filter\Decoupled->init() line 29
use the filter, check the logs
add the attributes to the class.

Seems the issue was fixed in this commit https://git.drupalcode.org/project/decoupled_auth/-/commit/b581a0a7e08fa... but did not know as it lacked an issue and no release was made since.
I'm attaching a path from this commit so anyone can have the fix till the release is out.
