This is a follow-up to 📌 Settings overhaul (for real this time) Active .
While I was reviewing the settings overhaul issue I was reminded that I hadn't rewritten all of the settings form descriptions to be more user-friendly. In federal government terms, I tried to use plain language. For the most part I copied text straight from the DAP GitHub wiki if I felt that it was appropriate. The form elements need to be reviewed and have their text improved where possible.
Parallel analytics settings may be excepted from this for now. I need to confer with the people at DAP on exactly what some of them do.
