It has become apparent that gitlab_templates will not be fixing 🐛 beStrictAboutOutputDuringTests=true or failOnRisky=true causing test failures due to PHP8.4 Implicit Nullable deprecation Active to solve BC breaks in a timely manner.
As such we will need to configure the jobs ourselves.

Provide a custom phpunit.xml what works with at least Drupal9 and Drupal11 without pipeline failures on php deprecations.
