Recaptcha validation always getting failed when using this module with REST API

Problem/Motivation

When a user is using this module with REST API, recaptcha validation always getting failed.

Steps to reproduce

Add recaptcha to a REST Webform and try submitting the data, always getting the validation fails error.

Proposed resolution

In the recaptcha_captcha_validation function, check whether the request content type is json and get 'g-recaptcha-response' value accordingly.
