Logout session link is not working with Drupal 11

Unfortunately it's not working as attended.

If we open the link in a browser where a session is opened, it will terminate it. But I guess that the behavior would be to close (all ?) the concerned user sessions. Because we want to close the session that an unknown user just opened.
